There is always a period of time when all you can think about is one thing. Either one person, one situation, one thing that was said, one place, one... something. The thing about human nature that is so stunning is that we are the only creatures on earth that can dwell on something for more than 5 minutes. Most animals only have a thought span of 5 seconds, after that they can only recall things that have been engrained in their mind over and over again - things of habit.
Do you ever wonder if your thoughts about someone or something are just because of habit? Do human thoughts become habit as well? Do we sometimes only think of something constantly because we dont know what else to think about and we have trained ourselves to only think about that? Do things or people consume our lives only because we assume they do and create them to?
Regardless, today was an ending of a certain period of time for me. Or, it was a beginning of a new period of time. What period this is... I have yet to know, but something changed.

I can handle change. I can, I can handle change. Maybe I can form a habit telling myself that I enjoy change.
